WUKF European Championships – Pruszkow, Warsaw – 9th to 13th October 2024
Congratulations to all Kanzen Scotland Athletes who competed at the 14th WUKF European Championships in Pruszków, Warsaw over 9th to 13th October 2024.
We were represented by 55 athletes and 4 coaches, producing fantastic results achieving 5th Place in medal table out of 44 European Federations, including the highest placed Scottish Federation and 2nd Placed British Federation.
We achieved a total of 16 Gold Medals, 9 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze Medals.
Thank you to our coaching team, supporters in Poland and back home as well as Dr John Babraj (Senior Sports Science Lecturer at Abertay University) and the Abertay Sport Science Team for ensuring our athletes were fully prepared.
An excellent event hosted by IKA Poland and the WUKF (World Union of Karate-Do Federations) with an exceptionally high standard.
