Balanced Lives 

Our Kanzen Balanced Lives class is a low-impact, inclusive wellbeing session focused on movement, connection, and mental wellbeing.

Classes take place once per week and focus on gentle movement, mobility, and balance, alongside functional physical activity appropriate for all abilities and fitness levels.

Sessions are designed to support overall wellbeing by encouraging safe, supported participation in a welcoming environment. The class places strong emphasis on social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and helping people feel comfortable taking part.

The Kanzen Balanced Lives community is committed to creating safe, inclusive space where everyone feels supported, valued, and encouraged to move at their own pace.

Classes are held within our full-time facility in Dundee on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11am.
