We were delighted to attend and support an International Training Camp in Lillestrøm (Norway) last weekend. The event brought together teams from Poland, Denmark, Norway and Scotland in the spirit of training, sharing knowledge and developing friendship across borders. Sessions were conducted by national coaches of each participating federation and thanks to the Norwegian Karate Federation for excellent hospitality.
Representing Kanzen Karate: Sensei Roy O’Kane, Sensei Dan Woods, Sensei Cerys Hawes, Oliver Henderson, Caitlin Macrae, Jude Jennings, Beth Morrison and Brandyn Field.
Sensei Dan Woods said: “These camps are a great opportunity to learn from each other and share knowledge. The cultural exchange is very important to the person development of our people; making new friends, experiencing different cultures and developing their own skills.”
