Seminar with Sensei Jo Mirza from AAU
The Transylvania WUKF Karate Cup in Cluj-Napoca on 30th November and 1st December was more than just a competition for Kanzen – it was an opportunity to learn from one of the greats, Sensei Jo Mirza.
Sensei Mirza, President of the American Athletic Union and Vice President of the WUKF, took time to share his technical expertise, and passion for Karate with our team.
Training under someone of his calibre was an inspiring and humbling experience for all involved. These are the experiences that build character and create lifelong memories.
